As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nexora Group, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, helping them build high-performing teams that drive real organizational results. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate experiences a professional, respectful, and engaging hiring journey from first contact to final offer.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through structured interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience at every stage
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Nexora Group's reputation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage but not required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level roles within competitive talent markets
  • Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment and structured interview techniques
  • Strong command of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
  • Solid understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and ethical hiring practices
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information
  • Naturally collaborative with a genuine passion for connecting the right people

What We Offer

$45,000 – $60,000 annually, reviewed and benchmarked every 12 months
